People tend to get affected by diabetes more in 21st century. Continuous improper care, genetic factor, & unhealthy foods acquired for eating process are all counts together for causing diabetes. This is not the least in fact there are many other causes that can cause different types of disorders. Various types of diabetes include- Type 1, type 2, and gestational. In all these diabetes, one thing is common- sugar level gets over recommended limitation. Curing diabetes is an impossible task but it can be prevented from getting expand. This disorder has strength to compress lifespan and there are cases studied that acknowledge that it give rise to several minor and major conditions which can be intolerable. It surely would start to spoil many parts of body such as feet, eyes, blood vessels, heart, mouth, kidney, and nerves. After affecting these parts, the problems that can be noticed are- infections, impaired vision/blindness, stroke, heart attacks, sores, gum diseases or loss of death, thrush, fall of teeth, pain or weakness in several parts (example- hands, feet, arms, and legs), high blood pressure, etc.

1st step to be followed is to remember of ejecting smoking habit because this human activity is harmful & could enhance the risk of obtaining any disorders. All sweet products must be strictly prohibited because rather than lowering, it would go on rising due to large amount of sugar contained in it. This opposes the statement that sugar should be totally removed from diet because sudden drop in its level can worsen health in huge. Moreover, it is true that there is no solution available in medical terms that can instantly resolve diabetes. Stress reduction therapy can be done to cope from this problem because it would suppress proportion of sugar in blood. Avoid skipping of meals to deduct weight because it will increase sugar level in your blood and keep monitoring sugar level with equipments (example accu check) that can easily be purchased from pharmacist. Exercise is the best way that would prevent from this major disorder. At such cases, doctor would suggest to take insulin, which is given to patient body through injection. Eating fiber-content foods are better which can be acquired from whole grain carbs. Water foods such as dried fruits, fruit juices, vegetables, etc; coal foods like sea food, lean meat, nuts, beans, etc. Healthy fats or unsaturated fats are good for health but unhealthy fats (also known as saturated/trans fats) are not good for diabetic person. Slightly lower the amount of sugar from food items & forbid drinking of soft drinks, juice, & soda.
